Dispatching Services

Load Booking

ORI Freight Dispatch finds and books the best-paying loads based on the carrier’s preferences, lane choice, and equipment type. Dispatchers handle rate negotiations and confirm all load details before scheduling.

Route Planning

Efficient route optimization to reduce fuel costs, travel time, and deadhead miles. Dispatchers plan routes around carrier schedules and preferred lanes.

Back Office

Includes document management such as carrier packets, rate confirmations, and other documentation to simplify back-office work for carriers.

Invoicing & Billing

ORI Freight Dispatch invoices every Friday electronically to ensure payments are processed in a timely manner.

Carrier Requirements

We are currently only accepting carriers who are operating OTR or Regional. We also require that our carriers maintain a $1,000,000 auto-liability & $100,000 cargo insurance coverage

  4. Certificate of Insurance

  5. NOA (Notice of Assignment Form)
